Does it replace Airbnb or Booking.com?
No. They bring you the bookings; AdminRentist helps you manage what happens afterwards: providers, incidents, finances and check-ins.
What happens after the 2 free months?
After that, the owner plan price shown above applies. There is no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want.
Do my providers or guests pay?
No. Providers and guests use AdminRentist for free; only the owner pays.
How many properties can I manage?
Up to 6 per account. AdminRentist is built for small owners; if you run a large portfolio you will need professional property management software.
Does it work outside Spain?
Yes. You can manage apartments anywhere in the world, although it is designed for the UK and Europe. Today, sending the guest register is available for Spain (SES.Hospedajes); we are working on Portugal and Italy.
How are my data and my guests' data protected?
AdminRentist is GDPR compliant and Cyber Essentials certified. Each provider only sees what you assign to them, and nothing is sent to the authorities unless you order it.
Are messages between users translated?
No. The interface is available in 7 languages, but the messages and descriptions each person writes are not translated automatically.
