It applies to all users, including owners, managers, providers, guests, and anyone accessing our equipment, networks, application programming interfaces (APIs), or websites. 1.2 Authorized Purpose: The Service is designed exclusively for holiday rental management, auxiliary services, and traveler registration. You must use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the tourism and fiscal licenses in force within your jurisdiction. 1.3 User Responsibilities: Users must maintain the strict confidentiality of their access credentials (usernames, passwords, tokens, or API keys) and must not share accounts. It is mandatory to create strong passwords and protect access devices by locking screens when stepping away. Users must only access data or modules when there is a legitimate need related to their duties. Any suspected security breach or unauthorized access attempt must be reported immediately to AdminRentist management. 2. Strictly Prohibited Activities You covenant and agree not to perform or facilitate any of the following restricted activities: 2.1 Security Attacks or Interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or breach the security of our systems (including cloud infrastructure, databases, and networks), introducing or propagating viruses, malware, worms, or executing denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks. 2.2 Data Exploitation and Scraping: Utilizing automated tools to extract code, interface structure, pricing logic, property data, or personal information from other users without authorization. 2.3 System Abuse and Spam: Using the messaging system or notifications to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, phishing, or other fraudulent activities. 2.4 Reverse Engineering: Copying, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to reconstruct the source code or underlying logic of the platform, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law. 2.5 Fraud and Illicit Bookings: Publishing fictitious listings, circumventing payment gateways, executing money laundering schemes, or managing properties without valid holiday rental licenses. 2.6 Unauthorized Software and Devices: Installing software, applications, or devices that circumvent security controls, damage the service, or allow unauthorized access. 2.7 Unauthorized Access: Accessing third-party accounts, data, or systems without permission; using another user's credentials, or facilitating access to your account for any other person. 2.8 Harmful Personal Use: Utilizing the Service for personal activities that compromise system security, violate legislation, or damage the reputation of AdminRentist, including gambling, illegal downloads, or pornography. 3. Monitoring, Penalties, and Enforcement 3.1 Service Monitoring: To protect system security and integrity, AdminRentist may log and analyze user activity (access logs and usage data) in accordance with data protection legislation. By using the Service, you explicitly consent to this monitoring. 3.2 Penalties for Non-Compliance: Violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service. AdminRentist may, at its sole discretion, enforce the following measures: (a) issue written warnings; (b) temporarily suspend specific functionalities; (c) permanently close the account without any right to a refund; and (d) report unlawful conduct to the competent law enforcement and judicial authorities.
